User feels s/he is being bullied by another User
 

User told s/he is being discharged but wishes to stay
 

User asks for help in making a formal complaint
 

User needs help with issues under the Mental Health Acts (including sectioning, appeals and tribunals), the Incapacity Act 2005, or the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA)
 

User has concerns about welfare of his/her family or his/her accommodation
 

User does not understand treatment and care plans and needs support to discuss these with doctor and/or staff
